Group order X-Pole
We want to place a collective order with X-Pole in June. Would any of you like to order a pole? We can tell you the prices for poles, aerial hoops etc. on request. The collective order will be delivered to the studio and you can pick up your items there. You can order by mail until June 30th, we expect the delivery in July.
Summer specials
11.08.2024 Street Pole
On Sunday, 11.08.2024 we will set off again from 11 a.m. to make Aachen’s poles unsafe.
You can find the date at supersaas. Please register if you know you can come. The event is free of charge.

17.08.2024 Clothes swap
On Sunday, 17.08.2024 we are organizing another clothes swap from 2 to 5 pm. Bring your discarded pole, sports or everyday clothes and swap them for new favorites. You can also take clothes with you without having brought anything.
14.09.2024 Pole in the park
On 14.09.2024 at 4 pm we will set up the stage in Frankenberger Park and want to jam there together, if the weather is reasonably good. Bring a blanket and just come along to chat and practice. You’re all welcome, whether you’re new to the sport, an old hand or haven’t been able to make it to training for a while. We would also be delighted if you could register (free of charge) in the booking system so that we take enough poles with us.
Workshops
29.06.2024 Contemporary pole workshop with Lena
Together we will learn a contemporary choreography on the pole with various spins, dance and floorwork elements. You don’t need any previous knowledge to take part, just a desire to dance, let go and have a lot of feeling!
You should bring: socks, a top that covers your shoulders and, if you have them, knee pads/long trousers to protect your knees

13.07.2024 Pole double tricks workshop with Jule & Tamy
Fancy tricks and spins on the pole for two? In our first workshop we will do different figures on the pole and on the floor with you and of course a few double spins. We have moves for different levels for you, but you should at least be able to climb and sit safely. It would be nice if one of you can do an invert and an outside leg.

03.08.2024 Twerkshop with Anna
Shake it, pop it, whine it!
In this workshop, affectionately called Twerkshop by Anna, we will take an in-depth look at our hips. We will work on the basic techniques of twerking and then combine them into a choreography. You can wear comfortable sportswear of your choice, but Anna recommends very short shorts that don’t constrict your bottom too much or very airy shorts. You can also wear indoor shoes (not street shoes), but it’s up to you.

04.08.2024 Melt on spin with Aylin
A spin workshop in which we lean on our breath to move with intention and feel into the spin. We will learn some beautiful figures and transitions where every moment counts and it will be difficult to distinguish between the actual trick and the transition. Here the path is part of the goal!
Heels are allowed for those who want them!

Cancellation policy: Workshops and specials can be canceled up to one week before the start. Cancellation after that is only possible upon presentation of a certificate.
