You can also celebrate your bachelor party, birthday or company outing with us. Dates on request and by arrangement. You are welcome to tell us your individual wishes, e.g. heels, hoop or silk courses.

The price is 175 € all-inclusive for up to six persons, for each additional person we add 20 €. Duration is about 1.5 hours.

The schedule

– Warm-up
– Intensive beginner workshop with great elements (No previous experience is necessary)
– Photos with your own camera on the pole, hoop or hammock including small posing coaching
– Sparkling wine

You should bring
Training clothes:
– for pole: long leggings, shorts and short-sleeved t-shirt
– for hoop or hammock: long leggings and t-shirt or longsleeve shirt
You can also bring snacks (if you like), your own camera or cell phone for photos, outfits and anything you would like to use for the photos at the end.

At the end there will be a group photo in your chosen outfits.
